You must be at least 13 years old (or such other minimum age as is applicable in your country and/or state of residence) to create an Account to use the Software. If you are younger than 18 years old, you may only use the Software if your parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to this Agreement. By using the Software, you represent and warrant that you (or your parent or legal guardian, as applicable) have reviewed and agreed to this Agreement. Parents and guardians are responsible for the acts of their children under 18 years of age when using our Software. </p> <p>
