To the extent that personally identifiable data for a person under the age of 18 will be submitted by an adult, the adult is responsible for compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and securing any necessary permission of a parent or guardian and/or providing any required notices to a parent or guardian. To the extent that we are able to determine that personally identifiable data for a person under the age of 18 has been submitted by a person under the age of 18, we will use our best efforts to secure any necessary permission of a parent or guardian and/or provide any required notices to a parent or guardian.
