If the party/parties concerned do(es) not possess a National Identity Document, a scanned copy of the passport or legal document which accredits the identity of the minor and/or parent/tutor should be sent. If testing is contracted by a legal guardian, guardianship must be proven by means of the scanned copy of the legal appointment as guardian by the courts, together with a scanned copy of his/her National Identity Document and a copy of the Minor’s National Identity Document (if the minor has one) sent electronically.
