The responsibility for the use of those Services and any consequences of the use or abuse of those Services (including stolen Services) is yours and yours alone, whether this use was intentional or unintentional.</p> <p>You agree to notify TDS immediately if you become aware at any time that TDS Equipment has been stolen from you, or that your Services are being stolen or used without your authorization.
