In the terms and conditions, it states, "By agreeing to these Terms of Use and by uploading any words, definitions, comments or other content to the Site (“User Content”) , you grant HarperCollins an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, royalty-free, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use such materials at Our own discretion including, without limitation, to copy, publish, stream, store, retain, publicly perform or display, transmit, scan, reformat, modify, edit, frame, translate, excerpt, adapt, create derivative works and distribute through any method now-known or developed in the future". | This is the best case. I had trouble finding it due to the fact that it was in the "Deprecated" section.
