This DPA sets out the terms that apply when Personal Data is processed by Zappar on behalf of an Account Holder as part of the Services, where the Account Holder is acting as a Controller for the purposes of UK or EU Data Protection law or regulation, including the European General Data Protection Regulation (<strong>“GDPR”</strong>) (collectively, the <strong>“Data Protection Laws”</strong>).
