If we are unable to resolve any such dispute within a reasonable time, not to exceed ninety (90) days, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, or your use of the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
