By way of exception, the Account Holder may communicate to authorised Third-Party PSP in a Member State of the European Union or in a State that is part of the European Economic Area agreement for information services regarding the accounts and initiation of Payment Operation (such as defined in Article 4 of European Directive 2015/2366, called “PSD2”).
