<p>This agreement shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Antigua and Barbuda and all users of the Website irrevocably attorn to the jurisdiction of the courts of Antigua and Barbuda at St. Johns for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or in connection with the user’s use of the Website.
