These Service Terms incorporate the Basecamp Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), when the General Data Protection regulation (“GDPR”) applies to your use of Basecamp Services to process Customer Data as defined in the DPA. The DPA is effective as of October 5, 2020 and replaces and supersedes any previously agreed data processing addendum between you and Basecamp, LLC relating to the GDPR.
