In the performance of its obligations under a purchase ,order or agreement, supplier shall comply with all ,applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding ,the protection of the personal data relating to KPN (such ,as employees, customers, business relations and contact ,persons of KPN), in particular with the General Data ,Protection Regulation (GDPR) and (if applicable) the Dutch ,Telecommunications Act (Tw).,8.2. To the extent supplier processes personal data as a ,processor, supplier may only process personal data after ,he has signed a Data Processing Agreement.
