Since Mapillary and the Requester/Organization jointly determine the purposes and means of this data processing, the parties are considered joint controllers in regard to that personal data processing operation to the extent that the GDPR applies(e.g. individuals acting in their purely personal or household capacity as Requester do not have data controller responsibility according to the GDPR and is thus not considered a joint controller with Mapillary)Joint controllers are, according to Article 26 of the GDPR, to determine their respective responsibilities for compliance with the obligations under the GDPR by means of an arrangement (the "Arrangement").
