The amended terms will become effective upon posting or, if we notify you by email or invoice, on the date the email or invoice message is sent you the email listed on your account. Your continued use of the Service Offerings after the effective date of any changes to the Terms of this Agreement shall constitute your consent to the changes and your agreement to be bound by the modified terms.
