Your continued use of any Daybreak Game(s) following our making available any revised version of the applicable agreement(s) will mean that you accept that/those revised version(s) thereof. however, any material change to these agreements will not apply retroactively to any claim or dispute between you and us in connection with such agreements that arose prior to the “Last Updated” date applicable to that version of such agreement(s) in which we included such material change.
