Fastly grants Subscriber a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use for its internal business purposes anything developed by Fastly for Subscriber and delivered by Fastly to Subscriber in connection with support or professional services (<strong>“Deliverables”</strong>).
