Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the payment of all applicable Subscription Fees, Digital Theatre hereby grants to You, solely for Your internal educational operations, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, revocable, right and licence during the Subscription Term to: (a) access and use the Platform, the Content, and the Services.
