For the strict purposes of operating the Platform and performing these Terms, however, you grant to Clever Cloud, on a worldwide basis and for the duration of the Contract, the non-exclusive, transferable and sub-licensable right to reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, make available to the public, or otherwise use any data and applications that you post on the Platform.
