iTop Inc. hereby grants you, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the number of copies of the Software which you have paid on the corresponding number of computers, running a validly licensed copy of the operating system for which the Software was designed, for your personal use or for the internal business use of your company.
