Seamless Chex, Inc. grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferrable license, without the right to sublicense, to electronically access and use Seamless Chex Service solely to verify and print a prepaid number of checks in a manner consistent with this Agreement and any other relevant documentation provided to you.
