License Grant</strong>. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you hereby do and shall grant Casa a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable (except for the purposes provided herein), royalty-free license to access and use your Account Information and any other information you provide us solely for the purpose of providing you the Services.
