With respect to any User Content that is not shared or otherwise made public by you, you hereby grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to 4thewords an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use such User Content but only to the extent required to make such User Content available to you in accordance with your Account settings.
