By sending, posting or transmitting Submissions to Halloweenville (and/or our designees) or any area of the Halloweenville Sites, you grant Halloweenville and our designees a worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers), transferable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, sublicense (through multiple tiers), distribute, create derivative works of, perform and import your Submissions in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you.
