B. Subject to your compliance with the Terms and any applicable laws and regulations, the Company grants you a conditional, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to store, install, use and uninstall the App on any computing devices (inclusive but not limited to desktop and portable computers, tablets or pads, smartphones, Internet TVs and wearable devices) that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
