Signing up to use our Platform entitles you to a personal, worldwide (except for Restricted Jurisdictions), royalty-free, non-assignable, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to access and use the AAX Platform, including any third party software or application as part of the services we offer.
