Except as otherwise set forth in the Agreement, specifically in the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration (Section 4) provision, the validity and effect of the Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
