We hereby grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable right and license (the "License") on the terms and subject to the conditions and limitations set out in this Agreement, to use the Content in a purely digital work, project or production, each of which incorporates or combines the Content together with other substantial independently created works, and is created by or for you or on your behalf or for one of your clients (a "Digital Production").
