License and User Restrictions <p>Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, non-transferable license (“License“) to download, install and use the Product and Service on your personal device that you own or control.
