By Submitting User Submissions on the Site or otherwise through the Service, you are granting the Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns, a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, fully paid, royalty-free, transferable license (with the right to sublicense through unlimited levels of sublicensees) to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, prepare derivative works of, publicly display and perform the User Submissions, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
