If we enable the use of Oculus Products consisting of software, content, or virtual items (<b>"Software and Content"</b>), we hereby grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right and license to access, use, and download (as permitted by the functionality of the Oculus Products), the Software and Content on devices you own or control, solely for personal non-commercial purposes, conditioned on your compliance with the Terms.
