During the term of this Agreement the Company hereby grants you a free of charge, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to download, install, register for, and use the Service and the Content (as defined in Section 9 below) for non-commercial use on your device(s) owned or otherwise controlled or leased to you, including mobile cellular telephones and internet enabled tablets, desktops, and laptops (collectively “<strong>Device(s)</strong>”), strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
