If Subscriber elects to pay any bills or invoices with an automatic credit card charge or ACH transaction, Subscriber agrees and acknowledges that Provider may charge Subscriber's credit card or process the ACH transaction before the due date listed on the bills or invoices including, but not limited to, the statement date of the bills or invoices. If automatic credit card charge or ACH transaction fails Provider will continue to retry authorization attempts monthly for (1) one year.
