Prior to the end of the Initial Term, DJI shall, based upon the current fee schedule or as otherwise agreed to by the parties, invoice you the amount payable for the annual fee for each subsequent Renewal Term. To ensure continuity of service, you agree to pay the invoice amount prior to the end of the term.</p> <p>If you cancel your subscription, you will not be invoiced again. Your subscription will be canceled at the end of the billing cycle.
