Upon the expiration of such term, unless otherwise agreed in an Order, your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of equivalent duration, unless either you or Company gives the other written notice of its intent not to renew the subscription at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current subscription term.
