All fees are due and payable at the beginning of your subscription term and each renewal thereof. If Shogun has not received payment within five (5) days after the due date, interest shall accrue on past due amounts at the rate of one percent (1%) per month, but in no event greater than the highest rate of interest allowed by law, calculated from the date such amount was due until the date that payment is received by Shogun.
