If the annual payment option is selected or if you have previously provided your Charge Card for payment, you hereby authorize Keeper Security to charge your card for such amounts on a regular monthly or annual basis at the beginning of each billing cycle. If Keeper Security is for any reason unable to effect automatic payment via your Charge Card, Keeper Security will attempt to notify you via email and your Keeper account will be disabled until payment is received.</p> Upgrades<p> You may upgrade your account at any time. If you are upgrading your subscription you will only be charged for the remainder of your annual subscription.
