This Agreement will automatically renew for additional successive terms equal to the length of the Initial Subscription Period unless earlier terminated pursuant to this Agreement's express provisions or either Party gives the other Party written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term (each a "<strong>Renewal Subscription Period</strong>" and together with the Initial Subscription Period, the "<strong>Subscription Period</strong>").
