Following the first payment of the Subscription Fees which shall be paid immediately upon subscribing to your elected Plan (the <b>"First Payment"</b>), the Subscription Fees shall be paid automatically by the Paying User, as consideration for your capability to make use of our Services, until Your subscription is terminated, as stipulated in Section 6 hereunder in our Term and Termination policy (<b>"Subscription Period"</b>).</p> <p>Notwithstanding the foregoing, Powtoon for Business Users will be required to actively pay the Subscription Fees on a monthly/yearly basis, as applicable (i.e. such payment will not be collected automatically).
