Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have prepaid fees to Spotify for Paid Subscriptions that Spotify permanently discontinues prior to the end of the Pre-Paid Period (defined in the Payments and cancellations section), Spotify will refund you the prepaid fees for the Pre-Paid Period after such discontinuation.
