Unless earlier terminated under Sections 6 or 7, this Agreement will automatically renew at the end of the initial Term specified in the Order form (the "Initial Term") and any Renewal Term for successive renewal terms equal in duration to the Initial Term, or one year, if the Initial Term is equal to or greater than one year (each a "Renewal Term") at Readdle's then current rates, unless a different rate is specified in the Order Form.
