</strong>You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Salad Tech, and its respective employees, agents, officers, directors, affiliates, contractors, suppliers and representatives from and against all damages, awards, judgments, liabilities, expenses, penalties, interest, fees, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, court costs, costs of settlement and costs of pursuing indemnification and insurance) (collectively, “Losses”) resulting from or arising directly or indirectly out of: (a) your use of and access to the Platform including any acts or omissions taken in reliance on the Platform. (b) your violation of any term of this Agreement. or, (d) your violation of applicable law or regulation.
