1.2 Your contractual relationship with us with respect to your Yuh Account is referred to as the “Agreement”, and is governed by the following terms: • these General Terms and Conditions; • the account opening documentation; • the Yuh Account Privacy Policy; • the terms and conditions applicable to certain services offered by us in relation to Yuh Accounts (the “Special Terms and Conditions”); • any document referred to in the above-mentioned agreements and documents.
