,3General obligations of the user,3.1The user undertakes to refrain from anything that could impair the ,operability or one or more functionalities or the infrastructure of justETF. ,This includes, in particular, putting justETF under excessive strain as well ,as using programs to carry out automated price inquiries.,3.2To the extent that the Provider gives the user the opportunity to upload ,his own content, in particular portfolios and/or strategies, onto justETF ,and to thereby make this available to other users and/or the general ,public online, the user shall ensure that his uploaded data does not ,include any content that is illegal, contrary to public morals, contrary to ,the rights of others or that violates these General Terms and Conditions.
