If we believe or become aware at any point that you have posted, published, shared, or otherwise transmitted user generated content in violation of this Agreement, we may remove such content, in whole or parts thereof, restrict, suspend, or terminate your account on DesignEvo, and disclose any information to the relevant authorities that we deem necessary or appropriate for ensuring the integrity of our Site and Services.</p> <p>PearlMountain Limited reserves a right to delete any content that violates our policies or the applicable laws, as determined by us.
