You further agree that in the event that mail.com believes, in its sole discretion, that you have posted materials that breach any provision(s) of Section 8 of this Agreement, or any of its subparts, mail.com may, without any liability to you, and in addition to any other remedies, erase such materials from the mail.com Equipment without prior notice to you.
