You understand and agree, however, that Panopto may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of your videos that have been removed or deleted to the extent permitted by applicable law. The foregoing terms of Section V may not apply to the extent prohibited the terms of Panopto’s agreement with your respective Licensee.</p> <p> <strong>VI.
