You therefore agree that you will not hold Trufan.io responsible or liable for any inaccuracies or for any errors or omissions in any User Content, or for any loss, injury or damages of any kind incurred as a result of the use of or reliance upon any User Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Platform or Services.</p> <p>9.3 Removal of Content. You acknowledge that Trufan.io does not pre-screen, monitor, or modify User Content, but that Trufan.io has the right (but not the obligation) to refuse, remove, modify, or delete any User Content that is available via the Platform or Services that violates these Terms, or is otherwise objectionable, in our discretion. You acknowledge and expressly consent to Trufan.io, accessing, preserving, and disclosing your Account information and User Content if required to do so by law or if in good faith Trufan.io believes that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process.
