Peer-Stream does not endorse any Lifestreamer Content or any opinion, recommendation or advice expressed therein, and Peer-Stream expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Lifestreamer Content. If notified by a User or a content owner of Lifestreamer Content that allegedly does not conform to this Terms of Service, Peer-Stream may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove the Lifestreamer Content, which it reserves the right to do at any time and without notice.
