Content and Content Rights RIGHTS IN USER CONTENT GRANTED BY YOU System-Captured Gameplay Screenshots: As part of our efforts to ensure safety and enforce our Code of Conduct, we may capture still images (screenshots) from players’ in-game perspectives (“Screenshots”). These screenshots may include gameplay scenes, user-generated content, avatars, or other visual elements. Screenshots are used solely for moderation, enforcement, trust and safety, and to ensure compliance with our Terms, and are never used for commercial or promotional purposes. Screenshots are securely stored, accessed only by authorized personnel, and retained for a limited time as specified in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the capture and processing of such visual data.
