If you are domiciled outside of the United States, Canada or Mexico, all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (the “Arbitration Rules”) by one arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes, appointed in accordance with the Arbitration Rules.
