If, notwithstanding the Notifying Party’s compliance with all of its obligations under the preceding paragraph, a Dispute is not resolved within 60 days after the Notice of Dispute is sent (or if the Notified Party fails to respond to the Notice of Dispute within fifteen (15) business days), the Notifying Party may initiate an arbitration proceeding as described below.
